How to Connect Your Billing
Learn how to import your Revenue to Founderpath to get a capital offer.

Founderpath uses your Billing to understand your customer list and revenues.
Steps:
If you’re a new user, the Popup will show. If you’re a returning user, Click “Integrations” in the bottom left of your dashboard
Integrate with your billing provider (Stripe, Chargebee, etc).
If you don’t see your billing provider, click “Customer CSV”
Download the CSV template and list you customers in Column A and what they’ve paid you each month in Column B onward.
Once the connection is complete, your MRR graph will populate and we’ll be able to make you a capital offer (Click Capital in the upper left)
Common Errors
Issue: .csv is uploaded, but no revenue is showing.
Solution: Make sure dates are formatted MM/DD/YY. Make sure no cells have () or - values. Use the downloadable template .csv template in Founderpath dashboard.
Issue: We can’t give you credit for customer retention because you only upload 12 months of data
Solution: To increase the amount of capital we offer you, share as much customer history as you can. We recommend 2 years minimum.
Issue: Your .csv file has duplicate customers
Solution: Make sure your template only includes revenue coming from pure B2B SaaS. If you are billing 2+ different departments within the same company, condense into one line. Goal is to have one unique email per customer.
